If you are not happy with any aspect of our services or products, we want to know so we can fix your problem and improve our processes.  But we would appreciate you letting us know privately and seeing how we respond before posting a one star review online. 

Vent your frustration below.  Be candid.  You can be anonymous if you prefer.  Give us a chance to a) address your immediate concern b) address the root cause of the problem and c) establish policies to prevent the problem from ever occurring with other patients.   If we don’t fulfill those three things then we indeed deserve a public one star review.
