Most doctors make you feel like you are rushed and that you are only worth 15 minutes of their time. With Dr. Quaranta he really makes an effort to get to know his patients, and pays attention to YOUR wants and needs, not what is best for his business. The same quality customer service is reflected by his front office staff. You feel like a friend rather than a client. If you want a good experience, and a vision doctor who you will WANT to go to for the rest of your life, I strongly reccomend meeting Dr. Quaranta and his staff... He even offered to get rid of the rooster in my front yard

The Doctor is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very high tech. The office staff were terrific, so nice and helpful. The glasses were an awesome value, I went back for sunglasses. I can't say enough good things, make an appointment and see for yourself.

BEST EYE DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO

For years I have been going to eye doctors, all of which could not figure out or did not take the time to figure out why my eye pressure was high. Dr. Quaranta was the first doctor that not only recognized the problem but knew exactly what was going on! He definately made a patient for life with me due to his knowledge and dedication to his profession. The staff was very friendly and I felt they genuinely cared about me as a person, not as just some number like you find with other places. I recommend Dr. Quaranta to all of my friends and co-workers!

YOU'RE NOT JUST A NUMBER HERE!
My case was not an easy or typical contact lens fitting. Years of wearing old fashioned hard contacts had done damage to my corneas, and it took time, patience, and several intermediate contact prescriptions before my eyes were able to be fitted with a permanent soft lens Rx. Through it all, Dr. Quaranta and his staff were unfailingly thorough, professional, and truly committed to my being fitted the with most accurate contact lens prescription possible. I think any other place would have, at some point, thrown their hands in the air and declared "Good enough!" Not Dr. Quaranta. He was determined to get my prescription just right, despite the irregularilites in my cornea that made that so difficult. And, in the end, I have a pair of new contacts that I absolutely love--and a new eye doctor that I strongly and confidently recommend to anyone. In an age when, too often, we are treated like just another number, it is gratifying to find a practice that has your best interests always topmost in mind.

I've had tons of eye doctors in my life but this one is the best by far. The staff are the friendliest I've ever met. They actually take the time to get you exactly what you need. You will be astounded by the problem free glasses or contacts you end up with. Once, I had broken both my crappy old glasses AND my crappy old contacts from another eye care center. I had to have new contacts immediately. Sonoran eye care center gave me a pair that had a similar prescription to my old ones and guess what? I could see so well that I thought I had been blind before! They were the best contacts that I've had in MANY years. And this pair of contacts was just lying around! My new prescription contacts that I got today are PERFECT. I'm not exaggerating about this place. It's definitely the one to give your business to:)

At my previous eye doctor, it took four tries for me to get contacts that I could see even halfway decently through and they still killed my eyes. So now I go to Sonoran Desert Eye Center. This is the PERFECT eye center: Very friendly staff, a knowledgeable doctor who does everything possible to get your vision at it's best (which he is very good at), a clean facility and good merchandise. After switching to this place,Sonoran Desert eye center is the best there is. I was skeptical at first because I'd never had a good eye center experience in AZ before, But believe me, Its the place to give your business to, not anywhere else.

"You know how you feel when you just know there is something wrong but you can't identify it, neither can anyone else? I had been to another doctor five or six times witht the same complaint.

"I was having a lot of eye pain and blurriness of vision in the left eye. I could not take it another minute. I called for an appointment and luckily Dr. Quaranta had an opening. I found his questions into my vision problems to be very probing. He was kind and often intense as he tried to find answers for my vision challenge. Dr. Quaranta looked at one eye, then the other. He thought I could have Fuch's heterochoromic iridocyclitis. He also checked my vision and made correction to my lens prescription.

To make a long story short, I went on the internet and found Fuchs' heterochromic iridocyclitis. I found some people who have it and who wrote about their symptoms. How amazing that each and every symptom was also mine; their complaint was my complaint.

My husband & I moved to Casa Grande, AZ five years ago. One of the best experiences in our search for new medical providers was when we found Dr. Quaranta. He is simply the most caring, thorough, and professional eye doctor we have had the pleasure of knowing. After Dr. Quaranta opened his new practice in Chandler, AZ, we continued to see him even though his office was forty-five miles from our home. My husband, who suffered from a disease of the cornea called Fuch's Distrophy. Prior to moving to Arizona, he had a corneal transplant to restore his vision. Although the transplant was successful, a long healing process occured. In order to have impoved vision he needed to have a gas permeable hard contact. After examining his eye, Dr. Quaranta took the extra time needed to design the proper lens and prescription. Thanks to Dr. Quaranta we shared an emotional moment when for the first time in over two years my husband could finally see clearly; and with 20/20 vision! We are happy to say that we are in the care of Dr. Quaranta and his capable staff. It is the attention to detail and caring manner that makes us feel as though we are his friends as well as his patients. Dr Quaranta is very dedicated to his craft. Dr. Quaranta is a very patient Dr. He takes the time to listen to your needs, very thorough with his eye examinations and will work with you till it is right. It's obvious his patients come first. I have been a patient of his for a few years now. His staff is also very nice. I would highly recommend Sonoran Desert Eye Center.‎

My whole family goes there, Dr. Q was so wonderful with all of us. I went to another Dr. for over 4 yrs and could never see correctly, on my first visit with Dr. Q; I knew he could solve my huge eye problem and he did..... After my eye exam in Jan. 09, I was told I needed to see a specialist in glaucoma. I was referred to Southwest Eye Center. After waiting a month to just get an appointment, driving an hour out of my way to the location where I could get an apt, I had to wait 3hrs. just to see the doctor. I also had to do a follow-up exam with the same results, 2 months til an appointment, hour drive out of my way, and 3hrs. till finally seeing the doctor. I looked around on line for another glaucoma doctor close by me. I found Dr. Q and tried him out. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was seen promptly, with Dr. Q taking his time going over my previous diagnoses and doing his exam. I feel like a patient who is cared about and not another number in a list to make a buck. We have switched to Dr. Q for all of our eye care needs.

We were recommended to this place by our family. At this point our parents, and all of our sisters and brothers along with their spouses are all patients and have had great experiences. The Dr. and his staff had great customer skills and actually called us back a week later to refund us for some frames that went on sale.....where does that ever happen? Give Dr. Quaranta a chance‎

Dr. Q and his staff were just great. It has been a while since I've been in to see an eye doctor and I will be coming regularly from now on. His equipment is high tech and both he and the staff have great communication skills. I felt right at home the second I checked in. It is nice to find someplace that I can go to forever and ever. Everyone was friendly and I even had them look up information on two different insurance policies and they did this without any hesitation. If you need a professional eye center, this is the place to go to ... in my book, "The EYES have it at the Sonoran Desert Eye Center."
