If you don't have vision insurance, we can usually bill your health insurance for the greater portion of the examination (less $35.00 for the refraction).  Sonoran Desert Eye Center is currently credentialed with the following health and vision insurances:

We are not contracted with Humana Health, Pacificare, ACCHS, or Cigna.  However, many times these plans will pay generously out of network and they may have vision plans associated with them that we do take.  Contact our office at 480-812-2211 for more information.  

We can create and organize a discount benefit plan for any company's employees.    Just call Dr. Quaranta or Tiffany at the office for any proposal.  

Call 480-812-2211 to see if we accept your insurance.  A phone call or letter to you insurance company requesting they add Dr. Quaranta at Sonoran Desert Eye Center to their panel will improve our chances of getting credentialed.

If your insurance is not on this list, please be aware that many insurance companies contract with the above list of companies to provide specific vision care services. For example, Eyemed has contracts with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and others.  You may call the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card and ask if Dr. Quaranta or Sonoran Desert Eye Center is on their provider list. Efforts can be made to place Dr. Quaranta on your insurance company's provider list, but that is usually a long process. Please call if you have any questions.
